ICS to PDF converter — a printable calendar document

Turn an .ics calendar export into a clean, printable PDF — one section per event with times, location, attendees and description. Your calendar never leaves your device — the PDF is built locally, in your browser, and saved straight to your downloads.

Drag & drop your .ics file here

it is parsed in this tab — never uploaded

Your files never leave your device — everything is parsed locally in your browser.

How it works

1

Drop your .ics file

Any iCalendar export — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook. It is parsed on the spot by JavaScript in this tab. Nothing is uploaded, ever.

2

Preview the events

Every event as a row in the grid — confirm the times, zones and attendees look right before you commit them to paper.

3

Download the PDF

A tidy A4 document: header with the calendar name and event count, then one labelled section per event. Free exports cover the first 10 events; a one-time license unlocks the full calendar.

Simple pricing

The viewer and 10-event exports are free. A one-time license unlocks full exports.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert ICS to PDF?

Drag the .ics file into the box above (or click "Choose .ics file"), check the event grid, then click "Export to PDF". A printable PDF downloads straight from your browser — no upload, no account, and the file never leaves your device.

What does the PDF look like?

Page 1 starts with a header: calendar name, source file, export date and event count. Then one section per event — a bold summary line, labelled rows for start, end (or duration), location, organizer, attendees, status and recurrence, then the full description. Sections are separated by thin rules and flow across as many pages as needed.

Can I print a whole year of events?

Yes — the PDF is A4 and paginates automatically, so a year of events simply becomes a longer document. Free exports cover the first 10 events; a license exports the whole calendar, however long. For a denser per-event-per-row layout, export to a spreadsheet instead and print that.

Are non-English characters supported?

Accented Latin text is always embedded correctly. When an event contains CJK text (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), the converter downloads a CJK font once and embeds it in the PDF so it renders properly; if that font cannot be loaded, those characters are dropped and the affected event carries a visible note instead of failing.

What's free and what does a license unlock?

Free, forever: viewing any .ics file in the full event grid, and CSV/Excel/PDF exports covering the first 10 events — the PDF header says so when truncated. A one-time license (90-day $9.99 or lifetime $19.99) exports every event. No subscription either way.

Is my calendar uploaded anywhere?

No. The .ics file is read and the PDF is built entirely by JavaScript in your browser tab — the data never crosses the network. Verify it in the Network tab of your developer tools: the only requests are page loads, an anonymous usage counter, and license validation for paid users. Details in the privacy policy.
