ICS to CSV converter — calendar events as a spreadsheet

Turn an .ics calendar export into a CSV you can sort, filter and pivot — one row per event, times and time zone labels exactly as written. Your calendar never leaves your device — everything is parsed and converted locally, in your browser.

Drag & drop your .ics file here

it is parsed in this tab — never uploaded

Your files never leave your device — everything is parsed locally in your browser.

How it works

1

Drop your .ics file

Any iCalendar export — Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook. It is parsed on the spot by JavaScript in this tab. Nothing is uploaded, ever.

2

Preview the events

Every event as a row — summary, start, end, location, organizer, attendees, status, description, recurrence — so you can confirm the data looks right before exporting.

3

Download the CSV

UTF-8 with a byte-order mark and RFC 4180 quoting, so Excel opens it cleanly on a double-click. Free exports cover the first 10 events; a one-time license unlocks the full calendar.

Simple pricing

The viewer and 10-event exports are free. A one-time license unlocks full exports.

Frequently asked questions

How do I convert ICS to CSV?

Drag the .ics file into the box above (or click "Choose .ics file"). The events are parsed in your browser tab and shown in a preview grid; then click "Export to CSV" for an instant download. No upload, no account — the file never leaves your device. Have a spreadsheet to turn into a calendar instead? Use the CSV to ICS converter.

Which event fields end up in the CSV?

Summary, start, end, location, organizer, attendees (with their response status), event status, categories, description, the raw recurrence rule, and the event UID — one row per event. Time-zone-tagged times keep their zone label; nothing is silently converted.

Will Excel open the CSV correctly (accents, non-English text)?

Yes. The CSV is written as UTF-8 with a byte-order mark — the one variant Excel for Windows sniffs correctly on double-click — with CRLF line endings and RFC 4180 quoting. Accented names and non-English event text arrive intact. Prefer a real workbook? Use the ICS to Excel converter.

How are time zones and all-day events handled?

Exactly as written in the file: a UTC time shows as 14:00 UTC, a zoned time as 09:00 (Europe/Berlin), and an all-day event as its date marked (all-day). The converter never shifts times between zones — the spreadsheet matches the calendar as its author wrote it.

What's free and what does a license unlock?

Free, forever: viewing any .ics file in the full event grid, and CSV/Excel/PDF exports covering the first 10 events. A one-time license (90-day $9.99 or lifetime $19.99) exports every event in the file. No subscription either way.

Is my calendar uploaded anywhere?

No. The .ics file is read and converted entirely by JavaScript in your browser tab — the data never crosses the network. Verify it in the Network tab of your developer tools: the only requests are page loads, an anonymous usage counter, and license validation for paid users. Details in the privacy policy.
